I didn't take any pictures of the mould making process, but that's ok... they weren't the prettiest moulds I've ever made. I definitely need to practice, it's amazing how you can forget the simplest things just from not doing something for a while. So, these moulds could have been cleaner and all sorts of other improvements.
All different amounts of Bullseye Crystal Clear Billet.
I first tried Kiln 2 16:00 on 20131118, it failed over night. So I switched to Kiln 9, fired 10:00 20131119.
Fired on the following program:
- 80* to 90* hold 00:00
- 166* to 840* hold 02:30
- 999 to 596* hold 01:00 (01:00)
- 28* to 482* hold 08:00 (12:00)
- 4* to 427* hold 00:00 (13:45)
- 7* to 371* hold 00:00 (08:00)
- 22* to 50* hold 00:00 ( 14:30)
I made the mould off a fake security camera that Ingrid found and gave to me... it's now above my desk, and people keep asking about it.
