Clichés

I’m not interested in the clichés of what it is to be Scottish. I’m not interested in tartan or highland cows anymore than i’m interested in Mounties or snowshoes. I’m interested in how we construct our identities in an increasingly globalised world. Wether they are still strongly linked to Westphalian nation states in an important way or wether that idea is breaking down in the face of mobility, communication and interconnectedness.
